Terms of service

1. Provider and service

Crovyx, Maksimirska cesta 114, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, provides Park Contact. Contact: info@crovyx.com. Park Contact allows private vehicle-related contact through a QR sticker. The website demonstration is a simulation; features depend on the available release.

2. Accounts and stickers

The service is intended for adults. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use a sticker only for a vehicle you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for placing, replacing and revoking your stickers. A visible QR code allows others to initiate contact, so do not share private account or conversation credentials.

Google/Firebase authentication and Android notifications are also subject to the relevant provider's terms. You may turn off notifications, but this can prevent timely alerts.

3. Acceptable use

Use contact requests only for a genuine vehicle or access issue. Do not send threats, harassment, spam, unlawful content, unnecessary personal information or misleading messages. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape accounts, guess tokens or interfere with the service.

Only send content you are entitled to share. You give Crovyx the limited permission needed to store and deliver your messages and provide the service. Report misuse to info@crovyx.com; we may restrict access, revoke stickers or remove content to address violations or protect users.

4. Important service limits

Park Contact is not an emergency service and does not guarantee that an owner will receive, read or answer a message. Delivery depends on connectivity, notification settings and third-party services. Contact the appropriate emergency or public authority directly when needed.

The service does not authorize parking, establish ownership, resolve parking disputes or replace official instructions. Demonstration replies are simulated and are not messages from a real owner.

5. Availability and charges

The current release does not include paid subscriptions or billing. Any future paid offering will disclose its price and separate purchase terms before you decide to buy. We may maintain, change or interrupt features; where practical, we provide notice of material changes affecting active users.

Any liability limit applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Privacy, deletion and changes

Our privacy policy explains data handling and your rights. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time through the public deletion page or the Android account settings. Removing the app or signing out does not delete service data.

Croatian law applies, subject to mandatory protections and rights available in your place of residence. These terms do not limit your right to use a competent court or regulator. The effective date above identifies the current terms.
