Delete your account
Request deletion of your Park Contact account and associated data directly from Crovyx. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in on this website.
Email a deletion request1. Send your request
Email info@crovyx.com with the subject “Park Contact account deletion”. Send it from the account email if possible and state that you want the account and associated data deleted. A sticker display code is optional; do not send a QR secret, password, authentication token or identity document.
The button opens your email application. If you do not use an email app, copy info@crovyx.com into your usual email service. Sending an email initiates a manual request; clicking the button alone does not delete anything. You may also request deletion of specific records without deleting the whole account.
2. Confirmation and timing
We confirm account ownership with proportionate checks before removing data. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month. If an applicable legal extension is needed, we explain it within that period.
You can start the same request from Settings → Delete account in the Android app. You do not need access to the app to use this web/email path.
3. What is deleted
Your Park Contact/Firebase owner account; vehicle and sticker records and their QR access; associated contact requests, messages and conversation credentials; device notification tokens and reminder records. Stickers stop working after deletion.
Signing out, uninstalling Park Contact or removing its Google authorization does not remove these records. Account deletion does not delete your Google account.
4. Any retained information
We retain only information needed for an applicable legal obligation, security investigation or resolution of the deletion request. We explain any exception, the information affected and its retention period. Provider backups and operational records expire through their normal retention processes.
The website demonstration does not create an owner account or send demo messages. Reload the page to clear the demonstration; clear browser storage to remove locally stored display preferences.
