Getting help

Tell us which feature failed, approximately when it happened, your app version and a sticker display code if relevant. For account issues, write from the account email where possible. Never send passwords, sign-in tokens, secret QR URLs or screenshots containing private conversations unless specifically needed and appropriately redacted.

Messages and notifications

In an enabled Android release, check internet access, notification permission and battery restrictions. Confirm the sticker is active. The public website demonstration uses simulated messages; its replies do not come from a real vehicle owner.

Park Contact cannot guarantee a reply and is not an emergency service. For urgent safety matters, contact the appropriate public or emergency service directly.

Report misuse

Report unwanted contact, threats, spam or a compromised sticker to support. Provide the displayed sticker code and approximate time without forwarding unnecessary personal information. Revoke or replace a compromised sticker through your owner account where available.

Privacy and deletion

You can request access, correction or deletion using the same email. The account-deletion page explains the request, ownership check, data removed and any retention exceptions.
